1) Making model skeleton

2) Polyurethane foam construction
After the skeleton is finished, it cannot be directly plastered. The reason is:
First, the sludge can not stick to the skeleton directly, easy to fall off.
Second, the thickness of the required sludge is relatively large, and the cost of sludge is much more expensive than foam, so polyurethane foam must be bonded on the surface of the model skeleton.

3) Fill with mud
The process is divided into two steps: first, thin mud that has been heated for too long is applied to the foam, and then the entire body of the model is applied. After the use of thick mud, thumb and palm to apply, pay attention to the strength of mud, the principle of mud is more than less, so as to ensure the combination of mud and the model of the initial embryo strength. Then fill the thick sludge layer by layer in this way. But not too thick, can be filled several times, to ensure that the mud between the fit, until filling to the required thickness.
4) CNC machine milling
After the sludge filling is completed, according to the digital model provided by the data engineer, the professional five-axis CNC machine tool is used to milling the sludge.
5) Rough scraping of the model
The surface of the mud model just finished milling is uneven knife marks. First of all, we need to scrape the model with mud tools. At this stage, we need to constantly communicate with the stylist to modify the shape, so that the general direction of the shape is gradually determined without paying attention to details.
6) Model refinement
After the modeling scheme is determined step by step, the model is refined in a comprehensive way. This stage should pay more attention to details, including the relationship between the surface and the surface to scrape in place, each surface to achieve a certain smoothness requirements.
7) Model post-processing
After the production of automobile model sludge part, according to the specific requirements of the model for post-processing. Including: specular inspection, film, adhesive tape, spray paint, installation of various simulation samples.
